CHAMPIONSHIP 2018
2018香港手沖咖啡大賽歷時4天,由40位咖啡師選手於2018年12月5-6日進行兩天沖煮自選咖啡豆(open services)初賽。最高分12位選手進入2019年1月18日半凖決賽,形式以大會指定咖啡豆沖煮(compulsory services)。
排名前六位選手進入總決賽,再次以自選咖啡豆沖煮向評審展示自己的咖啡理念。最終成績由自選及大會指定咖啡豆合併計算,冠軍由來自 Craft Coffee Roaster 的 Kwong Wai Ho勝出。代表香港到美國波士頓4月舉行的World Brewers Cup Championship競逐世界冠軍。
